About the Company: Our client, a growing Brand Operator is currently expanding across the region and are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to oversee the Singapore market. The individual will focus on driving sales growth by managing relationships with distributors and retailers for the toys category, while executing strong joint business plans. Additionally, they will oversee commercial operations, financial performance, and channel profitability to ensure targets are achieved.
Key Requirements:
- Develop and implement joint business plans with distributors and retail partners, including sales targets and regular performance reviews.
- Monitor partner performance and implement corrective actions to address gaps and improve results.
- Manage channel profitability by overseeing margins, marketing development funds (MDF), co-op investments, and commercial terms.
- Oversee end-to-end commercial operations such as purchase orders, delivery orders, invoicing, credit notes, and payment follow-ups.
- Lead account management and sales operations, including margin tracking and control of marketing expenditures.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing distributors and retail partners within a sales or channel management role.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to manage margins and channel economics.
- Structured and process-oriented approach to sales operations and account management.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor performance and drive corrective actions where needed.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills to work closely with partners and internal teams.
