About the Company:

Our client, a Global Technology MNC, is seeking multiple detail-oriented and technically skilled IT Support Engineers to join the growing team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role involves providing end-user support, maintaining Windows-based environments, and managing server components like IIS and Windows Server. If you are proactive, technically proficient, and have a passion for enterprise software systems, we’d love to hear from you.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Windows end users, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Manage and maintain Windows Server and IIS Server environments.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Develop automation scripts for routine tasks and system maintenance.
• Support the deployment and management of enterprise software applications.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and end users.

Key Requirements:

• Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficient in SQL and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
  • Able to work according to US time zone (11pm onwards in Malaysia)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows end-user support
  • Experience managing Windows Server and IIS Server environments
  • Clear and concise spoken English communication

• Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Familiarity with .NET and C#
  • Experience working with enterprise software applications
