About the job
Our client is a Korea-headquartered banking institution offering range a comprehensive range of financial services.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with service providers of IT service such as telephone line, internet line, security system, Server room maintenance and other electrical equipment (Eg. PC, Printer and etc.).
- Efficiently manage of contract and documents related service providers.
- Manage IT asset inventory (purchase, register, disposal and etc.).
- Adhere to IT policies and other supporting documents as necessary.
- Adhere to Business Continuity Plan.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in order to keep it securely.
- Manage access of security system such as CCTV and Alarm system.
- Assist with hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Provide assistance and support for GA-related inquiries from employees and management.
- Provide guidance to employees on IT systems and processes.
- Fulfill any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduated in related filed (Software engineering, Computer science, Science and Management).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint) and strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and/or challenge as appropriate.
- Solid analytical thinking and project management skills with ability to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
