In line with continued growth aspiration both here as well as the region, they are currently recruiting for Head of HRIS.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- HRIS Roadmap & Solution: Oversight of Group HRIS roadmap (SAP SuccessFactors) for the organisation and its subsidiaries – Continuous development of system architecture whilst overseeing maintenance such as system fixes and change requests.
- Leadership: Provide guidance and align team to KPI and personal development plans. Identify talent gaps within the team, mentoring where necessary and ensuring team alignment with new initiatives.
- Resource Management: Lead resources consisting of both internal and external headcounts in managing work and project demands.
- Vendor Management: Review vendor proposals, evaluate and discuss technical solutions, and ensure the selected options meet architectural standards, scalability, security requirements, and compliance obligations.
- Process Improvement: Optimise operational efficiency by streamlining HR workflow and processes and creating clear guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 years of relevant working experience.
- Comes with experience in managing HRIS solution design and management in a matrix and complex environment.
- Prior system experience in SAP / SuccessFactors is ideal, alongside successful project implementation experience.
- Good communication, stakeholder and people management skills
