HRIS Lead (Healthcare)

Our Client

Our client is a prominent healthcare organisation in Singapore. In line with continued growth plans they are currently recruiting for a HRIS Lead  to join their dynamic HR team.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Group Director of Human Resources, you will have oversight of the overall HRIS roadmap for the organisation and its subsidiaries, this includes managing system fixes and change requests. You will be responsible for vendor and contract management, ensuring all project implementation are executed timely and within set financial parameters. Finally, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to identify automation / process improvement opportunities.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate comes with over 8 to 12 years of work experience in HRIS in a corporate / matrix environment. Prior system experience in SAP / SuccessFactors is ideal, alongside successful project implementation experience. You come with strong stakeholder management skills, and adept at managing project timeline and multi-tasking.
