Our Client is an Established Semiconductor Manufacturing Multinational Corporation. They are seeking an individual to join their growing business as a HR Specialist.
- Facilitate the recruitment process for hourly positions, overseeing onboarding procedures, including operator orientation, and managing offboarding activities.
- Handle work pass-related matters for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Assist in maintaining training administration and certification processes.
- Coordinate various HR welfare activities and contribute to enhancing employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage eLeave processes within the Workday system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and generate relevant reports.
- Provide essential HR administrative support, including the maintenance of Pfiles and employee information in the Workday system.
- Hold a Diploma in Business/HR with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
