As they scale, they are seeking a strategic HR & Admin Manager to drive HR excellence and ensure smooth organizational operations.
Role Overview:
The HR & Admin Manager will own end-to-end HR functions and office administration, working closely with leadership to align people strategies with business goals. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment and enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.
- Design and implement HR policies, processes, and programs aligned with business needs.
- Act as a trusted HR partner to management and employees on employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
- Drive performance review cycles, succession planning, and learning & development programs.
- Maintain HR data, reports, and metrics to support business decisions.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities, vendors, and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate company events, team-building initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of HR & administrative experience, ideally in a tech or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and digital collaboration tools.
- Strategic thinker who is also hands-on and detail-oriented.
