About the Company:
Our client is a Well-Established Multinational Corporation experiencing growth and seeking a dedicated HR Executive to support their expanding operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions, documentation, and system setup. Manage offboarding procedures, ensuring smooth transitions and conducting exit interviews.
- Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Organize and maintain training records, schedule training sessions, and ensure employees meet certification requirements.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and team-building events to promote a positive work environment.
- Oversee leave applications and attendance records using HRIS systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Maintain and update employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure data integrity within HR systems
- Monitor probation periods and coordinate timely confirmations of new employees.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of local employment laws and HR best practices.
