Our client is a leading higher education entity in Singapore. In line with continued growth aspirations they are currently recruiting for a Head, School Administration to oversee all corporate administration matters.
Reporting to College’s Academic Chair, you will lead a sizeable team in overseeing all business operations, processes, initiatives and resources. You will accord effective administrative services to the academic team, aligned to organisation’s strategic goals and objectives. You are accountable for all functional operations and administrative matters of the College including but not limited to communications, technical and technological laboratory support, international relations, research and grant administration, student care, facilities and general administration. You will partner functional business partners to address the school’s needs related to human resources, IT, finance and procurement.
The ideal candidate is a Bachelor’s Degree graduate and comes with more than 15 years of work experience , of which 8 years in a managerial capacity in operations management. Prior experience in higher education is a definite bonus.
