About the Company:
My client is a long standing pharmaceutical MNC and they are looking for a Head of Marketing to oversee the APAC region. Leading a team, the individual will be driving the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies across the region. They will focus on driving growth through data-driven insights, integrated campaigns across digital, HCP, and retail channels, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and execution of strategic marketing plans that drive brand growth across Vietnam and APAC export markets.
- Translate market insights and competitive intelligence into actionable campaigns across digital, retail, and HCP channels.
- Oversee performance tracking, budget planning, and ROI analysis to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team to build a high-performing, insights-driven marketing function.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, with solid knowledge of pharmacy, OTC, and RX market dynamics.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and research.
- Expertise in digital marketing, multi-channel strategy, and brand communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to influence stakeholders and engage commercial partners.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities within a regulated industry environment.
