In line with continued growth in their operations comes the mandate to look for a Head of HR here in Singapore.
Role Overview
Reporting directly to Group CHRO, you will lead and drive the success of the human resources function for Singapore operations. You will lead the human resources team (COE functions & HRBP) to oversee full spectrum of human resources function – HR operations, talent acquisition and onboarding, talent management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, payroll administration and employee relations. You will be instrumental in supporting the organisation’s aspiration to pivot culturally and strive for organisational excellence.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate comes with over 15 to 20 years of experience in HR, with at least 10 years as a people manager and 5 years in leading the human resources function. You are a dynamic individual could put on a strategic hat, whilst remaining hands-on when situation arises. You have prior experience supporting HR transformation as a HR advisor / business partner and esteemed stakeholder management skills.
