Head of HR (GLC)

Our client is a prominent higher education organisation in Singapore, widely recognised for their suite of undergraduate and post graduate programs across Asia.

 

Due to ongoing growth in the HR Department, CGP has been mandated to recruit for a Head of HR for this organisation. You will lead the organisation’s Human Resources programs and operations, providing strategic guidance and advisory for the department as well as senior stakeholders. You will work closely with Senior Management team in pivoting the people strategy and agenda, in cultivating a desired culture and building orgnisational capabilities through human resources.

 

The ideal candidate is a Bachelor’s Degree graduate and comes with 15 to 25 years of work experience in Human Resources Management. You are currently or have been in a Head of HR role overseeing full spectrum of Human Resources Centre of Excellence / departments.
