About the Company:
We are excited to be engaged by a leading multinational company in the industrial and manufacturing sector to hire an experienced Finance Head in driving the group’s financial strategy, performance, and governance, with keen priority focus across the Asia region. Reporting into the CEO, this role will lead the finance function, managing a team comprising of a Financial Controller and Finance Managers in ensuring strong financial health and operational efficiency across the business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive the company’s financial strategy in alignment with long-term business goals, partnering closely with the CEO and senior leadership.
- Lead the design and execution of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial planning to support growth and operational excellence.
- Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and capital allocation to ensure financial health and agility.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team across corporate and business units, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Enhance finance systems and processes through digital transformation, automation, and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Provide strategic financial insights through robust performance measurement, KPIs, and business analytics to guide executive decision-making.
- Lead risk management initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and governance frameworks.
- Serve as a key liaison with internal stakeholders, auditors, banks, and regulators to maintain financial transparency and integrity.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with ACCA qualification; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of senior finance leadership experience, including group or regional oversight across China and Southeast Asia.
- Proven track record in managing budgets, cash flow, and long-range financial planning in complex, cross-border environments.
- Strong people leadership experience with at least 10 years of team development and performance management.
- Exposure to business operations or commercial functions outside of finance is an added advantage.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to liaise with stakeholders across regions.
- Demonstrated strategic mindset, financial acumen, and the ability to influence high-level decisions.
- Experience in driving digital transformation and finance process optimization.
