Our client is a globally renowned education entity in Singapore. In line with continued growth aspiration both here as well as the region, they are currently recruiting for a Head, Events Office.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Group COO, you will manage the organisation’s Events Office and will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the organisation’s internal events office.
- Project Management: Strategic planning and successful execution / curation of all major (1,000 to 10,000+ pax) and small events (20 to 500 pax) for the organisation.
- P&L Management: You will be responsible for the P&L of the office (full costing model) and drive cost and process refinement to minimise wastage in orchestration of events of all sizes / scale.
- Audience Engagement & Corporate Branding: Responsible for developing and delivering innovative event strategies that elevate company brand, engage key audiences, and drive business goals.
- Team Management: Lead a cross-functional team in strategic development of the Events Office, as well as effective execution of BAUs.
- Stakeholder Management: Work collaboratively with Marketing, Advancement, Communications, Faculty & Research Leadership teams to align event strategies with broader business goals.
Key Requirements:
- Recognised Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree graduate in Communications / Business / Social Sciences / Marketing.
- Minimum of 15 years of work experience in end-to-end management of large-scale and high-profile events, preferably in both agency and corporate. settings. Candidates with extensive agency experience will be considered.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and people management skills.
- Well presented, ability to multi-task and adept at working across levels to achieve desirable results.
