Group Finance Manager

Job Description

Our client is a multinational MNC in the industrial sector, and they are currently looking for a highly analytical talent to join them as a Group Finance Manager.

About the role

As the Group Finance Manager, you will be spearheading the full spectrum of financial operations and strategies for the group and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage regional financial and management reporting for the group.
• Analyze and optimize balance sheet, cashflow, and working capital for company and subsidiaries.
• Drive performance analysis and improvement initiatives for the region.
• Collaborate with the leaders on budgeting and forecasting for subsidiaries.
• Proficient in transfer pricing, enhance finance processes, and digitalize systems.
• Review local finance month-end reporting, manage cash, and banking.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and handle additional projects as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical skills, a solid business acumen, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance with CPA or CA preferred.
• Min. 8 years of financial accounting experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Multi-regional experience with a strong grasp of IFRS, Consolidation, and Taxation.
• Proficient in SAP, MS Office, and Power BI.
