We are seeking a seasoned Global HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a leading client in the Industrial sector. This strategic role will partner with business leaders across multiple regions to align HR strategies with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, and lead initiatives spanning Talent Management, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and HR Analytics.
As a key driver of people strategy, you will shape a high-performing culture, enhance employee experience, and enable sustainable business growth, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and championing HR initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Business Partnering: Partner with global and regional leaders to define people priorities, provide insights on organization design, workforce planning, and succession strategies. Serve as a trusted advisor on leadership, culture, and change management.
- Talent Management & Succession Planning: Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline initiatives. Identify high-potential employees and implement development plans to strengthen global leadership capabilities.
- Learning & Development: Collaborate with L&D COEs to design and deliver global learning programs. Drive a learning culture through mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and digital learning platforms. Track and measure program effectiveness through data and feedback.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with TA teams to define strategies for critical global roles, build talent pipelines, and support employer branding initiatives. Participate in senior-level interviews and offer negotiations for key hires.
- HR Analytics & Insights: Use HR data to inform decisions and improve business outcomes. Develop dashboards and reports on turnover, engagement, performance, and diversity. Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Organizational Development & Culture: Support change management initiatives, cultural transformation, and DE&I programs. Reinforce company values through people initiatives and communication strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in HRBP or strategic HR leadership in multinational organizations
- Proven experience across Talent Management, L&D, Talent Acquisition, and HR Analytics
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into people initiatives
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and change leadership skills
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, DarwinBox) and HR analytics tools
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Global or regional exposure in a matrix organization highly desirable
