We are seeking a dynamic Global Head of Human Resources to lead and professionalize the HR function for a fast-growing, multi-continent group. This is a high-impact role, reporting directly to the Group CEO and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team to shape the people agenda, drive cultural integration, and enable organizational growth worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global HR strategy to support business transformation and expansion.
- Mentor and guide regional HR managers across US, Europe and APAC.
- Drive global talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Build performance frameworks, leadership development, and capability-building programs.
- Champion culture and engagement, fostering collaboration across diverse global teams.
- Ensure compliance with international labour laws and governance.
- Oversee payroll accuracy, HR systems optimization, and analytics for decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s/HR certifications a plus).
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, including 5 years in a global or multi-region capacity.
- Proven experience leading HR teams across multiple jurisdictions (US, Europe, Australia preferred).
- Background in high-growth international industries.
- Strong expertise in global payroll, labour compliance, and HR systems standardization.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability; strong influencing skills with C-suite stakeholders.
