About the Company: Our client, a dynamic multinational MNC, is seeking to appoint a Finance Manager to lead its finance function and support strategic business decision-making. This presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where finance plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, supporting business growth, and partnering closely with key stakeholders across the organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing
• Manage consolidation reporting to headquarters
• Provide variance analysis and actionable financial insight
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles
• Track budget performance and identify risks and opportunities
• Partner with stakeholders to support decision-making through financial analysis
• Monitor cash flow and maintain optimal liquidity levels
• Oversee payment processes and manage banking relationships
• Drive working capital efficiency across AR and AP
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
• Manage audit processes and ensure timely completion
• Strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency
• Maintain proper documentation and approval workflows
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals
• Set performance goals and drive team effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) preferred
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including people management
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Singapore tax regulations (GST, WHT, corporate tax)
• Experience in audit, consolidation, and reporting to HQ is advantageous
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and leadership capabilities
