Our Client is an Established Luxury Retail Multinational Corporation thriving in high-growth markets worldwide. They are seeking for an individual.to join their growing business as an Executive Assistant.
Job Responsibilities;
- Serve as a strategic ally to the CEO, driving the regional business agenda forward by collaborating closely with MDs, Regional Exco, central teams, and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate seamless communication and coordinate business meetings to ensure alignment across all parties.
- Develop visually appealing presentations and documentation that adhere to the Company’s standards, effectively summarizing key business processes and insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Analyze and synthesize internal departmental and regional data to generate preliminary insights, supporting ongoing and upcoming strategic initiatives between regional top management and stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate various events, including team building activities, conferences, and social gatherings, while overseeing budget preparation and expenditure control to ensure efficient execution.
- Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries and agendas for the Regional CEO and VIP international visitors, ensuring a flawless and memorable experience. Maintain oversight of Brand Management T&E expenses, diligently monitoring relevant expenditures.
- Provide leadership and supervision to the Team & Office Assistant, ensuring meticulous office management, offering support to the regional exco, and managing personal administrative tasks for the CEO.
Job requirements:
- Min. Degree in Business Management or Related Field.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a Multinational Corporation.
- Proficient in SAP & Microsoft Office including Excel, World, PowerPoint, and Outlook
