About the Company:
Our client is a Payment Technology company that is expanding rapidly into South-East Asia. As part of the company’s expansion plan, they are hiring for a Director of Product Management with experience in developing new payment solutions and also enhance existing product lines.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of payment B2C and B2B products, covering early-stage research, strategic development, delivery, and long-term performance improvement.
- Continuously gather insights from market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to uncover untapped potential and drive innovation.
- Formulate strong business rationales for new initiatives, complete with financial forecasts, return-on-investment assessments, and detailed go-to-market plans.
- Build in-depth knowledge of Singapore’s fintech ecosystem and financial regulations, evolving market conditions, and shifts in user behavior.
- Partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-focused payment solutions that fuel growth across Singapore and regional markets.
- Recruit, guide, and build a high-impact product management team focused on achieving excellence and strategic execution.
Key Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, IT or equivalent with at least 10 years of product management experience and minimally 5 years in a leadership role within Payments, Fintech or Financial Services.
- Proven experience in launching and scaling payment solutions such as digital wallets, payment gateways or platform acquisitions.
- Deep familiarity with the end-to-end payments landscape, covering card schemes, merchant acquiring, issuing, instant payments, and cross-border settlement flows.
- Clear capability to set product direction and execute effectively in fast-moving, rapidly expanding organizations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to influence and align teams at all organizational levels.
