In line with continued growth aspiration both here as well as the region, they are currently recruiting for a Deputy Director, Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic finance team.

The Role

Reporting to Finance Director, you will lead a small team supporting the division’s overall financial reporting function and play a critical role in financial planning and analysis supporting key management decisions, including evaluating, analyzing, and highlighting the operational risk to the business. You will develop and support short and long-term operational strategies to co-drive and ensure proper business performance management through profitability and operational analysis.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate is a Bachelor’s Degree graduate and comes with more than 15 years of work experience in FP&A and business partnering. You have good communication and strong stakeholders management skills.
