A well-established freight forwarding client company is identifying for a professional to expand on its business’s capabilities and solutions with strong commercial focus on 4PL, contract logistics or project logistics.
They are identifying for an experienced Customer Implementation Lead to join the organization as you will be responsible for building and managing key complex projects across customer accounts.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage new customers/customer programs and internal initiatives for timely delivery and quality implementation.
- Coordinate and lead efforts with Commercial, Operation, IT and other internal resources on preparation and flawless execution of projects, ensuring that resource are available and properly allocated to the project.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Successfully manage the relationship with the clients and all stakeholders by conducting regular meetings, updates.
- Determine key success factors applied to account implementations.
- Multi-work with cross functional teams as you thrive through projects’ execution flawlessly.
- Able to communicate, ensure technical feasibility of the key projects and deliveries.
- Determine risk management across key projects as you find alternative solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Hold 8 to 10 years’ work experience in multi-national logistics companies as you have track record of handling complex project implementations.
- Strong stakeholders’ management skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Hold excellence in entrepreneurial mindset, communication and problem-solving skills.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
