Role Overview:
We are seeking an HR Manager to lead HR operations and act as a strategic business partner. This role balances hands-on HR management with forward-looking people strategies to support business growth, talent development, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive HR strategies aligned with business goals and company culture.

Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, employee relations, and offboarding.

Partner with leaders on manpower planning, succession planning, and organizational development.

Implement employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and training & development initiatives.

Ensure HR policies comply with Malaysian labor laws.

Advise on employee relations matters, resolve grievances, and conduct investigations as needed.

Track HR metrics and provide actionable insights to management.

Support change management initiatives, including expansion or process improvements.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.

Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations, talent & performance management.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
