About the Company: We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to join a well‑established manufacturing business as a key member of the executive leadership team. This high‑impact role is responsible for driving financial strategy, operational performance, and commercial value creation.
Acting as a true business partner to senior leadership, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to support profitability, growth, and long‑term direction while identifying opportunities to enhance performance across the organisation.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic finance partner to the Executive leadership team
- Lead the financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Deliver high-quality financial analysis and forward-looking insights to support business decisions
- Drive manufacturing cost efficiency, productivity improvement, and margin optimisation
- Strengthen commercial finance support, including pricing strategy, product and customer profitability, and channel performance
- Oversee working capital management, cash flow optimisation, FX exposure, and Capex governance
- Ensure accurate and timely management reporting for regional and group stakeholders
- Establish and maintain a strong internal control and governance framework
- Partner closely with commercial and operational teams to drive sustainable and profitable growth
- Lead ERP/system enhancements and finance process improvement initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, transfer pricing, and regulatory requirements
- Build and develop a high-performing finance team aligned to business needs and growth plans
- Support regional initiatives and cross-functional transformation projects as required
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; professional qualification (CPA / CA or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience, with recent exposure at senior management level
- Strong background in manufacturing environments and cost accounting principles
- Proven experience in ERP implementation or large-scale finance system transformation
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Demonstrated track record in business partnering and commercial finance leadership
- Strong analytical capability with ability to translate data into actionable business insights
