Our client, a Global Luxury MNC is growing in the Philippines are seeking a Communications Manager to join the team! This individual will drive brand relevance, customer growth, and sales performance by developing and executing the Philippines’ communications, media, and PR strategies. The role ensures alignment with global and regional directives while elevating brand visibility across all channels.
Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end media strategy, including planning, briefing agencies, managing creative assets, and measuring campaign effectiveness.

Oversee public relations initiatives, from press strategy and editorial outreach to events, influencer engagement, and product placement.

Manage communications budgets, track spending, and conduct market research to guide decision-making and strengthen brand health.

Coordinate with regional communications, local leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution of marketing and communication plans.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to optimize campaigns, identify new audience opportunities, and drive continuous brand innovation.
Requirements:

Strong experience in media planning, PR management, and integrated communications within a premium or retail-focused environment.

Proven ability to manage agencies, budgets, timelines, and multi-channel marketing campaigns end-to-end.

Skilled in developing brand messaging, pitching to media, and building relationships with press and influencers.

Analytical mindset with experience in market research, reporting, and evaluating brand or campaign performance.

Excellent coordination skills with the ability to collaborate across regional teams, local management, and store operations.
