Clinical Manager, Woundcare

Our client, a Leading Medical Solutions MNC has demonstrated robust growth in the recent years and they are looking for a Clinical Manager to oversee the Singapore market. This individual would be pivotal in accelerating portfolio growth by translating clinical expertise into commercial impact through education, evidence generation, and strong clinical partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Drive clinical strategy and insights to strengthen market access, product positioning, and commercial initiatives through expert clinical input.
• Deliver high-quality medical education and training to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead clinical evidence activities, including identifying investigators, supporting case studies/QIPs, and ensuring effective dissemination of clinical data.
• Build and maintain strategic clinical relationships, engaging key opinion leaders and executing targeted clinical activation plans in priority accounts

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in clinical practice, medical roles, or marketing within wound care or surgical specialties.
• Strong understanding of wound care trends and the Singapore healthcare ecosystem.
• Commercially minded and solutions-driven, with the ability to translate insights into business recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the capability of training, influencing, and building relationships
