About the Company:

Our client, an Established Industrial Manufacturing Multinational Corporation with a global presence, is looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and its Senior Leadership team.

This role is key in ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and the successful execution of business initiatives across Malaysia and Indonesia.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the CEO to set and execute strategic objectives
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments to support effective decision-making
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate high-level meetings (board, executive teams, etc.)
• Provide data-driven strategic recommendations to drive business decisions
• Ensure project KPIs and deadlines are met and report on progress

Key Requirements:

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong financial modelling and analytical abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in any field. MBA will be a plus
