Business Office Executive
About the job
Responsibilities:
- Be the front of the office, ensure the cleanliness within the office, assist visitor registration, handle office maintenances/pantry/stationery/cleaners, liaise with building management, meeting room booking, vendor management for office supplies and handle expenses payment
- Cooperate with the team to complete the office daily administration matters, including facilities and equipment management, company asset and office supplies procurement, fixed assets management, etc
- Cooperate with the team to organize internal activities and employee welfare
- Assist in renovation and maintenance projects
- Assist in handling business travels (if required)
- Ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Any Field
- Min. 2 years of Working Experience in Related Function
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Good at communication, willing to interact with internal employees to understand their needs
- Independent, attentive to details and willing to learn
