About the Company: Our client, a Leading Medical Solutions MNC, has demonstrated robust growth in the recent years and they are looking for a Business Director to oversee the India market. This individual would be pivotal in driving strategic direction, financial performance, and commercial success of the business. They are seeking talents with expertise and passion in promoting market expansion, customer engagement, and operational excellence to achieve sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategic direction and overall management of the business, ensuring alignment with financial and organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies, including product launches and market expansion plans, to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Cultivate a high-performance work culture by mentoring and empowering teams, fostering innovation, and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Strengthen customer engagement and market presence by building key relationships, optimizing segmentation strategies, and enhancing commercial execution.
  • Oversee financial planning, risk management, and resource allocation to maintain profitability and business sustainability.

Key Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field, with experience in the medical or healthcare industry.
  • Around 10 years of leadership experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Proven expertise in leading large sales and marketing teams, driving performance, and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to navigate complex market environments, negotiate effectively, and drive strategic growth initiatives.
  • Equipped with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in dynamic and competitive business landscapes.
