The role entails a combination of supervisory responsibilities, consulting tasks, and service delivery management. The incumbent is expected to provide leadership to a team of client-facing executives, overseeing their deliveries, mentoring, and conducting formal evaluations. They are tasked with building an effective team and balancing multiple responsibilities to ensure high-quality results.
In the consulting aspect, they champion various client-related initiatives and ensure their smooth implementation, while also maintaining direct client relationships, particularly with corporate clients generating revenue over $100K. They support team members in client discovery sessions and drive strategic engagement with clients.
Regarding service delivery, they collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver distinctive client value, develop retention and growth strategies, and ensure the team’s adoption of the organization’s client service model and tools. They address client issues, act as an escalation point, and maintain tight governance over deliverables’ quality.
Additionally, the role involves assuming assigned duties from the reporting manager and conducting periodic reviews to assess client service satisfaction and feedback for improvement.
- Experience as a consultant or account manager in the Health & Benefits Industry, working with multinational clients across sectors
- Minimum regulatory requirements (BCP, PGI. CommGI, HI, M5, M9) for registration as Broking and FA rep with MAS
- Client management experience, analytical, critical thinking, problem solving skills required
