Our client is an Established Retail Multinational Corporation seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to join their growing business.
In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process across both retail operations and corporate functions, partnering closely with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent. You will also gain exposure to strategic workforce planning, employer branding initiatives, and talent pipeline development within a fast-paced retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and provide talent insights.
- Strengthen employer branding and build talent pipelines through creative sourcing and outreach strategies.
- Track recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the retail or consumer sectors.
- Proven success in both volume and corporate hiring.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and passionate about people and the retail industry.
