Assistant Licensing Manager, SEA (Bahasa Indonesia)

Our client, a renowned FMCG company is currently expanding across the region and are currently looking for an Assistant Licensing Manager to oversee the SEA market. The individual will supports the licensing team in Southeast Asia by managing day-to-day operations, licensee administration, and performance tracking. They will also contribute to business growth by coordinating with agents, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring smooth execution of licensing strategies.

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including inventory management, account setup for licensees, and timely submission of reports to finance.

Assist in identifying new licensing opportunities, track licensing performance, and support the preparation and execution of country/category strategy decks.

Build strong relationships with licensees and agents, provide guidance to ensure alignment with strategies, and conduct regular business reviews to monitor performance.

Maintain business records, create onboarding guides for signed deals, and cover administrative duties during team member absences while ensuring process efficiency.

Stay updated on licensing trends, competitor activities, and consumer demographics to support decision-making and drive business growth
Key Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in sales or licensing operations; experience in the licensing industry is an advantage.

Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia to facilitate Indonesia operations and liaise with stakeholders in Indonesia.

Strong command of Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with licensing management systems is preferred.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, streamline processes, and maintain accurate documentation.

Strong team player with excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and knowledge of logistics/shipping procedures
