About the Company:
We are supporting a leading lifestyle multinational in the search for an Assistant Manager, HR Business Partner. Based in Singapore and reporting to the Head of HR, this role partners closely with business leaders to deliver end-to-end HR support across designated functions, while also contributing to regional HR initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HRBP who enjoys operating in a dynamic, brand-led environment with regional exposure and strong collaboration with Regional HR teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary HR partner to assigned departments, providing full-spectrum HR support across talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits operations, employee lifecycle management, HR policies, and HR systems.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing employee relations matters, managing feedback and grievances, and fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture aligned with the organisation’s values.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within HRIS, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
- Take ownership of assigned HR functional areas such as learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, recruitment, or HR policy and process management, working in close partnership with regional HR stakeholders.
- Represent the region HR initiatives, contributing to the planning, implementation, and optimisation of HR programmes across areas including talent, performance, rewards, and capability development.
- Ensure all HR practices, policies, and processes comply with local employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and HR partners where required.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline; recognised HR certification or partial qualification preferred
- Minimum 7 years of solid experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role, ideally within a multinational or regional environment
- Demonstrated experience across:
- HR process delivery (performance management, rewards, benefits administration)
- HR data management, reporting, and analytics
- Data privacy and audit support
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS and HR operations
