About the Company:
This company is a market leader in wireless lighting control technology, offering a mesh-based system that connects lights, sensors, switches, and devices without complex wiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Enablement
• Deliver both foundational and advanced technical training to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders — virtually and in person. Occasional travel is required.
• Run hands-on workshops, webinars, and certification programmes in line with established training standards.
• Maintain and refresh training collateral, demo setups, and documentation to reflect new product features and evolving best practices.
• Track attendee feedback, progress, and certification status.
• Support partner enablement initiatives such as technical seminars, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training-related marketing activities.
Field Application & Technical Support
• Provide remote and on-site assistance for system setup, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site assessments, system verifications, and post-installation checks to ensure stability and quality performance.
• Log and escalate recurring technical issues to global support or R&D teams when needed.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Coordinate closely with the technical support team to ensure a consistent training and service experience across the region.
• Provide field insights to enhance documentation, training content, and product usability.
• Represent the organisation at industry events, demonstrations, and technical engagements.
Key Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Technology, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in lighting control systems, commissioning, field applications, or related technical roles.
- Experience delivering technical training or workshops is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of lighting control technologies such as Bluetooth® Mesh, DALI, DMX, and related protocols.
- Familiar with fixture integration, drivers, sensors, wiring, and control hardware.
- Skilled in commissioning and troubleshooting lighting control systems on-site.
- Proficient with common digital tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, CRM/ticketing platforms).
