They are looking to attract top-tier talents for the role of APAC Head of Regulatory to drive the strategic direction and execution of regulatory initiatives across the region, ensuring alignment with global business objectives. This leader would collaborate cross-functionally to manage compliance, mitigate risks, and support growth across diverse product categories.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional regulatory strategies aligned with global business objectives.
- Advise senior leadership on regulatory risks and opportunities to support business plans.
- Lead and manage a multi-country regulatory team, ensuring high performance and compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments.
- Represent the organization in industry forums and with regulatory authorities across APAC
Key Requirements:
- Proven technical and regulatory experience, including a strong track record in regulatory leadership across multiple product categories and countries.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing regulatory teams.
- Expertise in building and executing regional regulatory strategies that align with business objectives and global standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to influence across levels and functions.
- Experience in engaging with external stakeholders and authorities.
