Role Overview
The Aftermarket Account Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales growth within the aftermarket segment in Malaysia. This includes managing the existing customer base, re-engaging inactive clients, and acquiring new customers by delivering a high-quality aftersales experience for compressed air systems.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve order intake, revenue, and margin targets aligned with overall business objectives.

Develop and implement strategic plans to expand aftermarket market share, enhance coverage of installed systems, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors on field service and testing & commissioning projects.

Manage customer follow-ups related to quotations, purchase orders, and technical clarifications.

Ensure timely completion and closure of service jobs.

Prepare and submit regular business performance reports for the aftermarket division.

Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines.

Experience in aftermarket sales of industrial equipment such as air compressors or dryers.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle.

Proficient in English.
