Our client, a Well-Established Multinational Property Insurance Organisation, is seeking an Account Manager to join their expanding team and support their regional growth across Asia.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role that requires a blend of technical expertise, client relationship management, and strategic consultation for large property accounts.
Role Purpose
Drive client loyalty and business growth across the Asian market by providing expert property insurance solutions, ensuring retention on equitable terms, and contributing to new business development. Leverage your industry knowledge to help clients improve their risk management and overall resilience.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term client and broker relationships across diverse Asian markets.

Foster loyalty through consistent, high-quality service and engagement.
Strategic Consultation

Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on insurance coverage and risk management strategies.

Help clients align insurance solutions with their broader strategic objectives.
Portfolio & Growth

Ensure client retention and portfolio growth through effective account management and risk mitigation.

Provide guidance on reducing risk exposure and improving risk quality.
Business Development

Collaborate with business development colleagues to identify new opportunities and support underwriting solutions that attract prospective accounts.
Required Experience & Skills
Must-Haves
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance.or Engineering.

10+ years of industry experience (broker or insurance company) servicing or underwriting large property accounts across multiple sectors.

Strong understanding of property insurance principles and factors affecting both organisational performance and client objectives.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for an international role.
