About the job
Our Client is an Established Manufacturing Multinational Corporation. They are looking for an individual to join their growing business as a Senior Human Resource Generalist.
- Talent Management.
- Maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
- Full spectrum of Compensation & Benefit (Insurance renewal, insurance & medical claims with broker, payment matters, variable bonus, Annual Performance Appraisal and Merit Increment etc.).
- Monthly Payroll processing for all staff.
- Proposing and Managing Employee Engagement Programs.
- Responsible for recruitment, selection and proper assimilation of new hires.
- Developing, implementing and administering HR policies and procedures to meet business and employees’ needs.
- Develop and implement Health and Wellness Program.
- Any other HR projects as assigned.
- Min. Degree in Any Field.
- Min. 8 years of Professional Experience in Relevant Field.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel & Workday will be an added advantage.
