As a Senior Credit Manager, you will play an integral role in the structured debt franchise in Asia, leading small deal teams and taking principal lending responsibility for some of the most complex and specialized industry verticals across the Asia Pacific, including Real Estate, Utilities, Offshore & Marine, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Metals & Mining, Natural Resources, Media & Technology, e-Commerce, Financial Institutions, and Acquisition Financing.

Role:

• Lead small deal teams with principal lending responsibility for specialized industry verticals across the Asia Pacific region
• Deal structuring, negotiation, and developing bankable financing for the firm and the client
• Primary responsibility for the internal credit application process and presenting financing proposals to the credit committee
• Lead loan documentation negotiations and structuring discussions with the client
• Guide and coach junior team members while actively interested in their personal development

Requirements:

• Min 10 to 15 years of relevant experience
• Proven people leader and team player
• Experienced and skilled in getting stakeholder support in a cross-cultural environment with a multitude of professionals from various nationalities
• Seasoned credit professional with extensive experience and a track record in taking credit decisions/views
• Strong stakeholder management skills
