About the Company:
We are partnering with a reputable financial institution to hire an experienced HR professional on a 6-month contract. This role will support core HR operations and people processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including employment documentation, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR transactional activities.
- Ensure employee data and records are accurately maintained within HR systems, adhering to internal governance standards, data confidentiality requirements, and local regulatory frameworks.
- Drive consistent and high-quality pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring a professional and positive experience for employees at every stage.
- Liaise with external vendors such as payroll providers, recruitment agencies, and HR consultants to ensure service quality, timeliness, and alignment with internal policies.
- Support hiring activities by managing interview scheduling, coordinating with stakeholders, and facilitating timely communication with candidates.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and process improvement initiatives as required by the business.
- Stay informed on relevant employment legislation, HR best practices, and market developments, providing insights to support compliance and competitiveness.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR operations experience, ideally within financial services or similarly regulated environments.
