About the Company: We are partnering with a renowned conglomerate with diversified business interests spanning multiple industries, including infrastructure, energy, and real estate. As part of its continued commitment to financial excellence and strategic growth, the company is looking for an experienced finance professional to lead its operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate financial information and analysis to support decision-making across the organization.
• Conduct financial planning and analysis, including variance analysis for monthly/quarterly reports, board papers, and external reporting requirements.
• Prepare cash flow projections, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets, ensuring a thorough review of underlying assumptions and operational plans.
• Support business teams in evaluating potential investments, divestments, and operational considerations during transactions. Collaborate with finance functions to assess accounting and tax impacts.
• Liaise with joint venture partners on financial and operational matters, including dividend distributions and shareholder loans.
• Assist in the review and amendment of financial authorization limits on an annual basis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, automation, and digitalization.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required by leadership.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with SAP S4 and BPC is an advantage.
• Adaptable to intra-departmental or inter-divisional transfers and job rotations, with flexibility in work scope and responsibilities.
