About the job
Our client is an Established IT Solutions Corporation. We are seeking for an individual to join their growing business as a Senior Human Resource Executive.
Responsibilities
- Oversee outsourced payroll, claims, and benefits administration with designated vendor, including CPF management and tax filing.
- Generate payroll-related reports for submission to the Finance department.
- Manage both internal and external payroll audits.
- Employ innovative strategies to source candidates through diverse channels, exploring new avenues where applicable.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from coordinating hiring requests and posting job listings to screening CVs, arranging interviews, and facilitating offer preparations.
- Handle pre-onboarding logistics such as medical checks and IT setup for new hires.
- Collaborate with Business Units to understand their recruitment needs, offering guidance and support.
- Participate in industry events to enhance employer branding.
- Oversee work pass applications and renewals for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate temporary staff recruitment through agencies as needed.
- Support HR events, activities, and projects when necessary.
- Contribute to HR harmonization initiatives.
Requirements
- Min. Degree in Any Field
- Min. 4 years of professional HR Generalist experience.
- Have good interpersonal skills to work with all levels of stakeholders.
