Private Client Director (Singapore)
About the job
My client is a global leader in the Wine & Spirits field, experience exponential growth over the past few years. They are looking for a Premier Client Manager to join them to grow existing business, leveraging on their own client base and excellent client management and engagement skills to drive new business opportunities with (U)HNWIs.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities within personal network, recruiting and maintaining clients
- Liaise with the marketing team to drive targeted tailored brand events to increase brand visibility and optimise sales opportunities
- Manage client data within an internal CRM system and follow up closely with existing warm contacts.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of sales and client relationship management experience with an existing large personal network of (U)HNWI contacts
- Strong working background in the luxury industry
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong business acumen and luxe flair
- Strong interest in the Wine & Spirits industry and existing certification (WSET) is highly preferred
