The Role
In this role, you will provide crew training on IT basics and the Ocean Learning Platform (OLP), focusing on resolving IT-related issues onboard. This role will also support the adoption of advanced technologies and improve the crew’s capabilities in routine troubleshooting, software updates, and managing applications. Also, you will be responsible for delivering IT training to junior officers, covering server management, bandwidth, remote access, and common troubleshooting scenarios.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, System / Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in IT training.
