Training Manager
About the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, organize, and deliver training programs for store operations, including food safety, guest service experience, inventory management, P&L management, and product, and process training.
- Manage the Learning Management System, including content design, user experience, troubleshooting, and resource deployment.
- Ensure training resources and support are in place for successful execution of store programs, procedures, product launches, and updates.
- Analyze data (Speed of Service (SOS), Guest Feedback, Restaurant Excellence Visit (REV), profitability) to identify operational opportunities and create training solutions.
- Develop training materials, including trainee and instructor guides, job aids, assessments, and support tools.
- Champion the training process to ensure timely, accurate, and thorough delivery of all materials to store teams.
- Work with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational information and successful training execution.
- Consult and collaborate with global and regional support teams to design training content.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- Min. 5 years of proven experience in learning and development, preferably in the F&B or services-related industry.
- ACLP, ACTA, or related certified trainer certifications.
- Proven experience translating technical/operational knowledge and skills into effective training content.
- Proven experience in problem-solving and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
