They are now looking for a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize their end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations in Singapore.

Role & Responsibilities: 

In this role, you will manage demand and supply planning processes, ensuring accurate forecasting, inventory optimization, and seamless execution of sales and operations. You will lead logistics operations, including transportation and warehouse management, while ensuring compliance with import/export regulations and driving cost savings initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to implement supply chain strategies and build a high-performing team through coaching and development.

Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in supply chain or logistics and over five years of experience in the FMCG or F&B industry. A proven track record in planning, logistics operations, and cost optimization, along with strong leadership and communication skills, is essential. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
