My client, a rapidly growing global beauty MNC, is looking for a dynamic and innovative Senior Brand Manager to lead and drive the growth of their Fragrances portfolio in the Malaysia market.

Develop and execute go-to-market channel plans, ensuring flawless execution of promotions, activations, and new POS openings, while deepening customer relationships through CRM programs and partner negotiations.

Oversee P&L, product forecasting, sampling, and registration while analyzing market trends and competitors. Drive seamless execution of product launches, trade marketing, and marketing calendar activities.

Track and analyze sales performance, report on campaign ROI, and develop action plans based on launch outcomes and market trends.

Build and prioritize CRM campaigns, ensuring accurate customer segmentation and the development of a comprehensive campaign calendar for optimal engagement.
Requirements:
- At least 5-7 years’ of experience in a Brand or Marketing role within the beauty industry
- Strategic thinker and brand builder, able to work in fast-paced environments
- Team player/Leader that inspires others and collaborates cross functionally
- Strong organizational, keen attention to detail, follow-up skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, results-oriented
