About the job

About the Company: 

My client is a European electrical engineering corporation with worldwide presence. In this role, you will be responsible for driving service sales and fostering strong customer relationships across APAC, focusing on delivering innovative solutions and contributing to business growth. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Developing and following service sales plans in APAC region to meet or exceed targets, including forecasting, reviewing key projects, and managing quotations.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by visiting regularly, communicating proactively, and solving problems effectively.
  • Focusing on increasing profitable orders and improving installed base coverage by providing tailored solutions and services.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales support, marketing, R&D, and product management, to meet customer needs and offer feedback for product improvements.
  • Ensuring smooth delivery of projects and services and addressing any post-sale issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • You are highly skilled in sales support and relationship management, preferably in a technical or engineering industry.
  • Strong experience within the drives/motor industry is required.
  • Ability to demonstrate your analytical and strategic thinking skills to create and implement effective sales plans.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to meet customers and support sales activities.
