Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across the region to meet the growing needs of our client’s organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective regional talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize multiple sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to build a diverse talent pool. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication, providing feedback, and creating a seamless interview process.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with the recruitment process. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and provide insights to hiring managers.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labour laws and company policies. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies. Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the company as an employer of choice. Participate in job fairs, career events, and other employer branding activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance the overall effectiveness of the talent acquisition function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a regional or multinational environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations in the region.
