The Company:

Our client, a global leader in elevator and building technologies, is seeking a Regional Hosting & Cloud Service Lead to oversee critical hosting and cloud operations across the APAC region. Based in Malaysia, this pivotal role requires close collaboration with the Head of APAC Infrastructure and Global Hosting & Cloud teams to ensure seamless delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance across a dynamic technology landscape.

Role & Responsibilities:

In this role, you will take charge of managing supplier and service relationships to optimize hosting and cloud operations. Your responsibilities include analyzing costs, KPIs, SLAs, and OLAs to ensure top-tier service performance, as well as leading incident, problem, and change management efforts. You will oversee the migration of legacy systems to corporate services, ensure effective project transitions to maintenance, and implement disaster recovery plans. Collaboration across infrastructure, security, and service teams will be essential to driving innovative solutions and enhancing service delivery.

Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT, with certifications in platforms like AWS, Azure, or Alicloud. You should have extensive experience managing multinational data center/cloud environments, with a strong grasp of automation, cloud security, CI/CD processes, and Power BI tools. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred. This role suits a results-driven professional with exceptional interpersonal skills and a track record of managing global services.
